“The parties are currently engaged in settlement negotiations, the outcome of which has the potential to dispose of further litigation proceedings.”

November 9, 2023, Orlando Museum of Art motion

It looks like Pierce O’Donnell can roll over and go back to sleep.

A “Motion To Continue Case Management Conference and Related Deadlines” filed November 9, 2023 reveals the Orlando Museum of Art is quietly “engaged in settlement negotiations, the outcome of which has the potential to dispose of further litigation proceedings.”

In connection “with the parties’ ongoing settlement negotiations”, the Orlando Museum of Art has extended the complaint response deadline at least “through November 16, 2023”.

The November 9, 2023 complaint acknowledges OMA may extend the deadline “by agreement of the parties”.
