It’s nothing like Godiali’s former Hampton Township residence, a 5-bedroom house in a leafy neighborhood, but it’s three hots and a flop for the next 80 months.
Dr. Vasso Godiali was sentenced on May 2, 2023 in the Bay City courtroom of U. S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington to an 80 month prison term.
Godiali, a vascular surgeon, was indicted in July 2019 and charged with orchestrating a $60 million health care fraud scheme. In addition, he was also charged with money laundering, for financial transactions involving approximately $49 million in proceeds he derived from the scheme.
Official Bureau of Prison records confirm Godiali has entered a Pennsylvania “Club Fed” prison facility (shown below).
