The Bay City crew that gave Mike Bacigalupo one of his plum jobs — Downtown Bay City Development Director in 2022 — meet again in Bay City Hall on Wednesday morning at 8:00am in Conference Room 317.

You remember, back in December 2022, when Downtown Development Authority Chair, Jean Anne DeShano gave Bacigalupo the big rah-rah?

Well, here’s a reminder:

“Mike Bacigalupo has been on the Downtown Development Board for many years. He is a renowned expert on everything Downtown Bay City. This being said it was more than obvious who should fill the new position of Downtown Bay City Development Director. We offered Mike the position and he accepted immediately.”

Ah, I can almost hear the pom-poms shaking!
